Black bean brownies.  No flour.  Lots of protein.  Delicious!  I made them this morning and fed my kids brownies for breakfast.  No shame.

Protein Bars – No-Bake and Baked versions

Homemade, no-bake chocolate protein bars. Used chocolate protein powder, Trader Joe's  natural peanut butter, and Trader Joe vanilla cluster cereal (instead of the oats). I only used 1/2 the amount of protein powder (wasn't sure about the taste) but I will probably use the full amount next time. WAY better tasting than most of the protein bars I have found in stores.
