This is simple, but great graphic organizer for lower grade students when they write informational story. I will use this for grade 1 students.

Students would color code their UC [under construction copy]: GN = introductory sentence, BL = Transitions, Y = main ideas, PINK = supporting details, GN = concluding sentence using different words than introductory sentence
