For as long as I can remember, I have loved running. I love the thrilling feeling I feel midway through my run. I love the endorphin rush I get after my run.

Be grateful for being able to run. And use it as motivation to run faster and harder.

Going to do exactly this when my back heals. You never want to workout more in your life than the times you physically can't. I can't imagine this being a permanent thing.
