This is as easy an entrée recipe as you can find. I love this quick pork tenderloin preparation and I think I will make it over and over again. This is perfect for those evenings when you simply do.

Plain white, simple sourdough bread. A great starter recipe to use if you are new to sourdough baking. The dough cycle of the bread machine can be used to prepare the dough, if you like. Prep time does not include proofing time for starter.

Ranch chicken.. 4/2/12.  Made for dinner and used chicken tenderloins baked for 30 minutes.  Delicious taste and very moist.  A hit and I'll make again:-)

Chicken Katsu   i made mine with a home made sweet and sour sauce to top the chicken and rice. sweet and sour sauce: 3/4 c. white sugar, 2T brown sugar, 1/3 c. white vinager, 2/3 c. unsweetened pinapple juice(save chunks), 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1T ketchup, 2T corn starch,  boil untill thickened and then add 1 thinly sliced green pepper and cut up pinapple chunks.    enjoy:)
