After 3 weeks off the gym doing what I can and starting again but feels so good to be back😆 bike today!

This mornings session ended with a challenge on @Technogym excite. Start on level 5, every 15sec increase the level but must stay over 120 for speed reading. Keep going till the speed drops under 120. My goal to was to get higher then my previous score of level 17 today I made it to level 18... YAY!! Thanks @everydayathletetraining @doobywackerz for sharing this exercise its a beautyDouble tap if you Trained this morning too.

Monday morning MOVE IT!!! Mixing in @technogym leg curl, leg extension plus abs, chest press, flys, upright row and shoulder press. BOOM!!
