Honey Mead.  Apparently all you need to  do is have a honey to water ratio of 1:6.  Let it sit in a jar for a week to ten days until the bubbles subside, then strain, and let age for at a while longer, the longer it ages the more alcohol is in it.  Also you gotta use raw honey because it has natural yeast.  I had no idea this was so easy.
