In a sweeping rejection of the defense case, a federal jury on Friday condemned Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to death for his role in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings.

Henry died in 1987. The company re-branded itself as '47 in 2010. At age 91 as of 2017, Arthur and his 4 sons run the show, and have added a new shop ion Newbury Street. In 2013, a street near Fenway Park was renamed "Arthur's Way" after the family raised over $1.4 million for Boston Marathon bombing victims.
