Made this up today! Gives you tons of energy and keeps you full for hours! Just coffee, 1/2 a banana, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup broccoli, a hefty scoop of vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp raw cacao powder (the good for you stuff, not the hershey's stuff), and ice! Just blend! I freeze all my produce to make mine extra cold. #healthy #smoothie

I started using this soy protein powder and seems like the 1 scoop is too sweet for us, i will make it half scoop next time. This has 17 g sugar.
