Easy New England Clam Chowder. It was good! I did not add bacon, but used extra butter instead. Somehow bacon with seafood does not seem too appealing. Also, I used unpeeled Yukon Gold potatoes, and added 1/3 cup white wine. Next time, I want to try a recipe with fresh clams.
