Made some grain free, high protein pancakes this morning! I had some coconut flour and almond flour sitting around and wanted to make use of it!

Kashi GOLEAN Blueberry Banana Protein Pancakes: 1 cup flour (we used a gluten-free flour), 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1 scoop GOLEAN Original Inspiration Plant Based Protein Powder, 1 small banana mashed, 1 to 1.5 cups of almond milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.  Mix dry ingredients in with wet ingredients, whisk. Grease pan (we use coconut oil) before cooking. Add blueberries on top! Enjoy :)
