Thin chicken slices rolled up and dusted with salt, pepper and potato starch. Pan fry and then mix in soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, mirin and honey. Serve with pan fried green peppers and slices of lemon.
Eggplant, chicken thigh meat, onions dusted in potato starch and pan fried. Mix chicken bouillon, mirin, sake, ginger, garlic and soy sauce and pour over chicken and continue cooking until sauce is thickened.
