Foods that will increase melanin production; darker tan, reverse skin damage from the sun. don't care about the tan part, but reversing or decreasing skin damage from the sun naturally is VERY interesting to me.
Listerine: the BEST way to get your feet ready for summer. Sounds crazy but it works! Mix ¼ cup Listerine, ¼ cup vinegar and ½ cup of warm water. Soak feet for 10 minutes and when you take them out the dead skin will practically wipe off!
