MAN-O-WAR~The Greatest Race Horse that Ever Lived. It was stated at the Race Horse Center in Kentucky (where they are buried, and Bronze Monuments Erected), that SECRETARIAT was a Beautiful Horse, on Man-O-Wars Statue, it is Stated that He was MAGNIFICENT. Secretariat was BIG & Muscular, BUT just LOOK at the Size of Man-O-War. The GREATEST Race Horse that ever lived (despite his bad temper)

Man o’ War: The most famous horse that never ran in the Kentucky Derby, He's like one of my favorite racehorses. I read Walter Farley's book Man O' War like a dozen times.

Sea Biscuit ~ What a champion! If he had ran the three races to "Triple Crown" JMO Sea Biscuit most likely would have taken it!@ He is a Beauty !

Seabiscuit- the undersized Depression-era racehorse who surprised and gave hope to the nation I'm not a fan of horse racing but I sure love Sea Biscuit and his face and everything

One of the greatest Thoroughbred photos ever taken. And some say, "Horses don't have personalities."

"The Savage" The race was the 1980 Tremont stakes with Great Prospector savaging the winner, Golden Derby. This is the famous ECLIPSE AWARD WINNING PHOTO taken by the noted New York track photographer Bob Coglianese.

The Horse God Built by Lawrence Scanlan. A thorough look at the history and legend of Secretariat and Eddie "Shorty" Sweat, the man who was pivotal to the horse's success. If you love Big Red read this bio it's excellent.

Black Caviar. Champion Australian mare that went 25-25 in her career, unbeaten in 25 starts! Zenyatta was 19-20 in the US.

Black Caviar, Champion Australian mare, unbeaten in 25 starts, Equine Love's newest member!

Zenyatta! Perhaps one of the greatest fillies of all time was known for her amazing record of 19/20 wins and also...her dancing. Yep. I said it. During her impressive career when ever walking on the tracks and to the starting gates, Zenyatta would prance and strike out. Making it look like she was dancing! In a horseish way :) She's now in foal for her second baby!!

Man o'War was foaled on March 29, 1917 out of the mare Muhubah. Right from the get-go, people knew Man o'War was a special colt because he was born unafraid with fiery eyes like that of his immortal grandsire, Hastings.
