Bad case of the late-nite munchies: ripe peach; toasted muesli; pomegranate seeds; toasted flaked almonds; coconut flakes & threads; soy yoghurt (#Soy_Life) and a splash of orange blossom water. Oh, and the smallest sprinkle of icing-sugar -- (sorry, couldn't help myself). Mmm ... get inside me now! 😄

I love being vegan. Lunch: scrambled tofu on megagrain toast, veggie sausages & pattie, mushroom, tomatoes and banana.

Dinner from the other night: ▪Green bean, mushroom, arugula, sesame seed and pepita salad drizzled w caramelised balsamic vinegar; ▪Home-made kale, carrot, & two bean veggie pattie (ex freezer) w sweet chilli sauce and off-the-shelf veggie sausages w tomato sauce and hot English mustard; ▪Crispyly-fried tofu coated w nutritional yeast, rice flour, s&p, cayenne.  Oh! And a nice glass of NZ Pinot Gris. Am I eating far too much for my own good?! How does one tell? 😄
