My little man's 3rd birthday is this week... But no party is complete without spending the day with our beloved cousins and family- so we're going to have 2 birthdays this year. What started as a construction cake ended up (by popular demand) becoming a monster truck cake. My husband refers to this as the least stressful cake to take to a picnic.
