Punishing the victim perpetuated the sexual objectification of women and the sick notion that men have the power and right to violate a woman's privacy and personal safety. Sexual harassment and assault are absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. More needs to be done in our culture to promote female empowerment and awareness of personal rights, and to have men understand that they MUST treat women with the utmost respect, for women are powerful HUMAN BEINGS with voices and hearts -- not sexual objects.

I love this girl Sometimes people don't take things like this seriously. Girls should be able to wear what they want. People shouldn't say that it's in a boys nature to rape someone. I thank people who stand up for these kind of things every single day.
