Landforms, Continents & Oceans Activities {A Science, Writing & Literacy Unit}

This link contains a plethora of literary activities to use about landforms. I would use this in literacy centers and have the students rotate between stations. One of my favorite activities is an acrostic poem about a landform that describes it.
