I love Louisiana, and  New Orleans has such personality!  I'm so thankful that my work takes me to such wonderful places. Cafe DuMonde, famous for their beignets and coffee, was a favorite, as well as a horse and buggy ghost tour of the city, and Preservation Hall in the French Quarter, where we got to hear the "old timers" playing their signature New Orleans jazz.
