Crock Pot Apple Crisp - slice 8 apples and layer in crock. sprinkle with c sugar 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix separately and then pat on top: c flour, c oatmeal, c brown sugar, c softened butter. Cook on high for 3 hours. Used Honey Crisp apples.
Mini Caramel Apples - With the melon baller, scoop little balls out of the apple. Each ball should have a section of apple peel. Push half of a lollipop stick into the peel of each ball. Pat the apple pieces dry. Then top with caramel and whatever :)
Baked Apples w/Oatmeal Streusel Topping: cup melted butter cup oats cup flour cup brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon pinch of ground ginger & salt. Fill & top apple halves w/mixture. Bake at 350 F until tops are golden brown & apples swell (about 30 minutes).
