Here we have casino butter. Instead of butter I use Nutiva shortening, A combination of palm oil and coconut oil. I'll use this as a base for pastas and sauces. It contains white wine, white pepper, garlic clove, anchovy paste, parsley, green pepper, and pimentos! Ma Ma!!!
The beginning of garden shrimp salad with spicy peanut dressing. NAPA cabbage, Julianne carrots, green onions, chopped peanuts and cooked rice noodles.The dressing rice wine vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, lime juice, and peanut oil. Ma Ma!
Bean Salsa! Dressing: Heat 1/2C each sugar, Apple cider vinegar. Cool, add 1C oil, set aside. Mix the following: 3 cans of anything you would like, 1 can of corn, 1C orange pepper, 1C celery, 1/2C red onions 1 jar of pimentos. Poor dressing over all and refrigerate overnight. Drain very well before serving. Serve with corn chips or crackers. Ma Ma!
