Homemade Healthy Pineapple Whip with only 3 ingredients: frozen pineapple chunks, almond milk & honey Kids also like! Variation - Frozen pineapple, 1 cup milk and almond joy creamer. Extremely sweet, but the adds an extra flavor.

Kara's Meal Replacement Smoothie:  1 whole ripe banana, sliced  1 whole apple, sliced  1/2 cup Almond Milk  1/2 cup V8 Fusion Light Mango Peach Juice  1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries  1 tablespoon flaxseed  1 cup spinach (or a really good handful)   * tip I keep a bag of spinach in the freezer, it keeps longer and its frozen so makes your smoothie that much colder.

2 frozen bananas, 1 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, splash of vanilla. Blend in blender. Put in freezer for Serve and sprinkle with cacao nibs.

Sparkling Mint Green Smoothie  Yields 2 full glasses.   2 Tbsp Chia seeds 2-4 Tbsp raw agave nectar  1/4 cup almond milk 1 cup sparkling mineral water, such as San Pellegrino 3-4 handfuls of spinach leaves 12 mint leaves 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1 ripe banana  Combine all ingredients in blender and mix on high till smooth and frothy.

- perfect with the exception of agave. I'd use raw honey or pure Grade B maple syrup instead.
