I hate the treadmill but for those who don't: TREADMILL SHREDMILL WORKOUT! It's 45 min long with a 5 min cooldown. This is part of my bikini comp cardio. And yes, you CAN last this long on a treadmill. Trust me.

I love that's it's not a fully on work out just something to get you started without draining you or making you dread the morning

Wake-up Workout. it's so hard for me to wake up and work out sooo early. i tried videos, just cant get the time to finish them! gonna try this next week. (daily work out)
