【材料】(6人分) オリーブオイル大さじ2、たまねぎ1個、マッシュルーム240g、にんにく1片、にんじん大2本、じゃがいも2個、セロリ2束、塩小さじ1、黒こしょう小さじ1、カリフラワー2カップ、サヤマメ1カップ、野菜ブイヨン3カップ、コーンスターチ大さじ2、醤油大さじ2、パイ生地1枚  【作り方】 1.たまねぎはみじん切り、にんにくは包丁の背でつぶし、にんじんは角切り、じゃがいもも皮をむいて角切り、セロリは0.5cm角に、サヤマメは1cm角にカット 2.オーブンを220℃に予熱 3.フライパンを火にかけオリーブオイルをひいたら、たまねぎ、マッシュルーム、にんにくを炒める 4.にんじん、じゃがいも、セロリを入れて塩こしょうで味つけ 5.カリフラワー、サヤマメ、野菜ブイヨンを入れ沸騰するまで煮る 6.火を止め5分置く 7.コーンスターチ、醤油、水1/4カップをボウルでまぜ合わせたら6へ加える 8.パイ生地を27.5×17.5cmのベイキングディッシュにのばし入れ、7をまんべんなくのせたら余った生地をかぶせる 9.オーブンで30分焼いて完成
