Baked Kale Chips - they are so addicting. Recipe - rip 1 bunch washed kale into bite sized pieces (no big stems) coat with olive oil (about 2 tbsp) and salt to taste - Bake 350 for min. or until CRISPY but not brown.
Crispy Quinoa Bake - I use all organic and I substitute veggie stock for the chicken stock and Almond pepper jack for the cheese and vegan it becomes. Sometimes I throw in a little kale too! Enjoy it's delish!
