Baked cotton balls: 1 c. flour, 1c. water mixed to a thick paste. Take cotton balls and dip in paste, place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 300 degree oven for 45-60 min. Once baked they have a hard crunchy shell yet are soft cottony on the inside. Can step on them or use hammer to crunch them. Make different colors by adding food coloring to paste mixture.
