This might be the coconut macaroon COOKIE recipe (as opposed to coconut haystack recipe) that you have been looking for--like the Santa Cruz cookie company coconut cookie recipe. The dough needs to be refrigerated, and there is flour in the cookie! I might have found it!!!
Sourdough Apple Bread. Want to try using my starter and a long ferment. (18-24 hr.) (Leave out the yeast) Love that she uses loaf pans. So much easier to make sandwiches with. The addition of a bit of oil, potato flakes and sweetner add flavor and a softer loaf. The sugar breaks down in the ferment so will still be "good slow carb" bread. ~Beth
