You know that feeling when you get done with a workout and your shirt is soaked, you're dripping, a little shaky from the exertion. That's when I think, "I did it again. I really did it." And I know I can do it again tomorrow.
So good, and so darn true. Exercise feels awful because that's how it's meant to feel! Your body is meant to hurt like flipping heck... and if you are going to throw up, you're meant to throw up. Just do it, and blooming get it over with. Get those toxins out :)
