No bake peanut butter + chocolate energy bars No-Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Energy Bars cup coconut oil 1 cup natural peanut butter cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 cups rolled oats cup shredded coconut cup chia or flax seed cup dark chocolate chips

Ingredients  1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup good quality cocoa powder 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup mild raw honey 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract    Directions  Prepare a muffin pan with 10 muffin liners.  Put all ingredients in the bowl of your food processor. Pulse a few times until everything is smooth and nicely combined. (It will be very liquid-y.) Don’t over-mix.  Place the muffin pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the fudge has hardened.  Sub almond butter or sunbutter
