Here's a nice anchor chart on meaningful conversations. Most of these will be helpful in guiding math talk.

How to participate in meaningful conversation anchor chart. These are great sentence starters for during partner or group work.

Make the anchor chart and laminate it. With each story read, use post it notes to answer.

We read The Scarecrow's Hat by Ken Brown. Such a cute story! The chicken needs scarecrow's hat and he finds out that scarecrow really wan.

Show me the Evidence sentence starters.  Put in writing notebooks as a reminder.  This site (Oscar Learn, Oscar Teach!) has lots of great stuff!:
