I used about 1-2 cups frozen berries. 1 banana. about 1/2 a c. of hazelnut vanilla granola. and about 1 TB. of crunch PB. with 1/2c. Nancy's plain yogurt. I didn't add vanilla or honey - I found it plenty sweet with the fruit.
