1 min flax muffin: very easy recipe. I left out the sweetener and just made a plain muffin and topped it with apple butter. The taste without sweetener reminds me of the paleo rolls I posted a while back, so you could easily cut the muffin in half and use it like you would an English muffin and put an egg on it.
