1 min flax muffin: very easy recipe. I left out the sweetener and just made a plain muffin and topped it with apple butter. The taste without sweetener reminds me of the paleo rolls I posted a while back, so you could easily cut the muffin in half and use it like you would an English muffin and put an egg on it. Very good recipe, wasn't dry.
