I love steel cut oats.

High Protein Banana Oat Microwave Muffin  2 tablespoons coconut flour  2 tablespoons oats  1/4 cup egg substitute (sometimes I use 1/2 cup)  1 banana  2 tablespoon light vanilla soymilk  1/2 teaspoon baking powder  splash of vanilla  cinnamon  1 Splenda packet  Mix all ingredients together, pour into large mug and microwave for 3 1/2-4 1/2 minutes.  Topping: mix 1 tablespoon SunButter with a little almond milk – drizzle it on top  * I just had this and it was amazing!
