Flat Iron Steak w/ Red Wine & Rosemary 2 (1lb each) flat-iron steaks  2 garlic cloves, mashed 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped 1 tsp dry mustard 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 c of dry red wine 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped Salt & black pepper Combine garlic, parsley, mustard, oil, red wine, black pepper, & rosemary together. Season w/ salt & pepper. Cover the steaks w/ the marinade and cover the dish w/ plastic.Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1hr. Bring to room temp before cooking.

I usually make stuffed portobellos marinated in OO & Balsamic 2-6 hours, then baked @ 350 / 30 mins or until soft, then fill w/ sautéed & seasoned fresh spinach (you can use frozen or canned but squeezed almost dry) then top w/ a slice of Mozzarella (preferably fresh) & Provolone & bake @ 375 until hot, brown & bubbly. I prefer one of the cheeses to be smoked but thats a preference.
