I have become really intrigued by this whole friction folder of late.so much so, that I just bought a Fellhoelter Frikky Folder.

Takeda – Bichu-no-Kami by Shosui Takedas knives. This is a traditional Japanese utility folding knife, in Pre War Japan all children and adults carried such a knife, this standard blade took care of most tasks. What we may call a Friction Folder, the Japanese call this a Bichu-no-Kami in the Kuro-Uchi style finish.  This is one of the largest Bichu-no-Kami that Takeda makes.
