Week 7: This week I walked around school.

Even though its the same as last week I think I'm doing pretty well with keeping up with my scedule with going to dance three times a week 2 hours each day. Plus the whole time I feel like I am getting a great workout!

On Tuesday the I fell asleep right after school, and didn't get much activities. I ate lots of grains and a very little amount of everything else. I will work on getting more fruits.

I barely had any dairy this day. I think i might have forgotten to write it. Food log week 11

I need to eat more cheese. I will do this by putting cheese in my lunch and have it for dinner Hour Week

Week 2, Olivia G. This week, I ate 85% refined and whole grains, 25% vegetables, 54% fruits and fruit juice, 52% milk and cheese, and 21% protein. I definitely need to eat more vegetables, though I did better than last week. I also need to eat a lot less sugar and sodium. I can do this by eating lots of fruits and veggies.

This week I was low on vegetable intake. Which I need to improve on. I will do this by telling my dad to back more vegetables. He will be more than happy to pack a healthy lunch for once.

Week 6. This week I did try to get my arm strength up. I did get a lot of exercise by biking and rowing and running so next week j will keep it up. I will still try and get my arm strength up and body.
