week 7 this week on Tuesday, I over achieved my physical activity goal. I don't think that I could do improve.

This week I walked during passing time as my source of physical activity. I need to get more exercise because I only had step which is low considering other days. I should start walking my dogs, or bike riding with my friends.

On April I rode my bike around with some friends for 2 hours, it is good for one day. my goal is to keep it up.

Week 2, Olivia G. This week, I ate 85% refined and whole grains, 25% vegetables, 54% fruits and fruit juice, 52% milk and cheese, and 21% protein. I definitely need to eat more vegetables, though I did better than last week. I also need to eat a lot less sugar and sodium. I can do this by eating lots of fruits and veggies.

This week I was low on vegetable intake. Which I need to improve on. I will do this by telling my dad to back more vegetables. He will be more than happy to pack a healthy lunch for once.
