Annie Lemberger was abducted through the bedroom window of her family's home on Frances Street in Madison, Wisconsin on the night of August 6, 1911. She was sexually violated and murdered. Her body was found three days later, floating in Brittingham Bay. The crime remains unsolved. She was 7 years old.
