  • 2 Carrots
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 8 Mushrooms, white
  • 2 Onions, small
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 pinch Rosemary, dried
  • 1 pinch Thyme

  • 1 cup Chicken stock, unsalted
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Red wine or balsamic vinegar to deglaze
