Pumpkin Waffles Ingredients cups Bisquick mix (or other baking mix) cups milk ½ cup canned pumpkin ¼ cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 eggs I substitutes gluten free baking mix, and added a little maple extract!
Eat for breakfast sprinkled with powdered sugar, or top it with a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Recipe came with my Cuisinart waffle maker. Recipe called for 1 cups milk, but I ended up adding at least another cup.
