1 poblano pepper
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
*Rub roast with soup mix and place in crock-pot with chopped poblano pepper, cook on Low for 10 hrs.
*After 10 hrs., pull roast apart.
*Heat up white corn tortillas
*Cut up fresh onion, lettuce, jalapeños, and cilantro. *Serve tacos with fresh ingredients, salsa, feta cheese, and a splash of lime juice. YUM!
