Black Pepper Tofu Stir Fry -  I changed the recipe slightly because I like less spiciness and more vegetables :D.  I left out the chilis but added a couple shakes of red pepper flakes instead and I only put in 2 teaspoons of black pepper. I sauted 4 cups of veggies (shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, and sweet peppers) to add at the end. For the sauce, I made 1.5 times the amount (except the sugar) because I was adding all the veggies.
