serves 8 ( 1 point + ): 1 T. butter-divided, 1 c. yellow onion-sliced, 1 c. red onion-sliced, 3 garlic cloves-crushed, ½ c. fat-free beef broth, 4 c. green beans-trimmed, 2 T. vinegar, salt to taste. Melt 1 tsp. butter in a large nonstick pan. Add onion and saute 6 min. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Add green beans and beef broth. Cover and cook until onions & beans are tender. Uncover and cook until broth is almost dissolved. Stir in vinegar. Season with salt to desired taste.
