This is a classic compact city terminus. Apart from parcels (red Section) there is very little goods traffic. But there is plenty of passenger operations available including DMU servicing (Blue section). You can just get in a 7 car HST unit but each platform can take 2/3 DMU units. At busy rush hour of course the Red section would also be used as a passenger platform. I have left no space for a station building. But you could shorten the layout to fit one or have it over the platforms.
