I melted a stick of butter, mixed it with 1/2 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon, and poured it over 2 cans of yams. I put an entire bag of marshmallows on top. Here's the trick though. I let it sit in the fridge overnight so that the sauce could really soak in. Then I baked the next day for 20-30 minutes at 350.
