Chili lime shrimp tacos with cabbage and black beans with a homemade avocado cream
these are filled corn tortillas which are rolled up into a tube (or "flute," which is what flauta means in Spanish) and fried priefry to make them crisp, then usually topped salsa verde, cheese and sour cream
I added bacon and jalapeño to this.
