Banana Apple Shake  Blend together 2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla protein powder 1 scoop Arbonne fibre booster Small handful of Kale 1/3 frozen banana, cut into pieces 1 apple, cored and cubed sprinkle of chia seeds 6 almonds a dash of cinnamon Tsp of raw honey 300ml unsweetened almond milk (or to the max line in a Nutribullet).
