Breakfast Smoothie for the Virgin Diet. 1 Cup Trader Joe's Vanilla Flavored Almond Milk (unsweeted & gluten free), 1 scoop Sun Warrior Protien Powder (vanilla), handful of organic spinach, 3 shakes of cinnamon, 1 organic fuji apple (peeled), 1 T. Almond Butter (raw & gluten free) & a couple ice cubes.  Blend well. Yummy, filling and delish.
