A Farmers Love Letter, 1909

Product details
A rebus is a device dating back to the middle ages that uses pictures to represent words or parts of words. This charming rebus puzzle  was created by a Stella Gilbert of Council Bluffs Iowa in 1909. Some versions were over-printed with an advertisement for Sawdey and Hartner, a seed company in Denver, Colorado. Can you crack the fruit and vegetable code? Courtesy Private Collection. Gallery quality Giclée print on natural white, matte, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using Epson K3 archival inks. Custom printed with border for matting and framing.
