2 scallions, sliced

1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine    
2 cans, tuna in olive oil, drained    
1 pound fresh spinach, washed and dried    salt and pepper    
grated Parmesan to taste   
 drizzle of Black Truffle oil    
Red chili flakes, to taste
