Leftover Beef Brisket with Gnocci  1 box potato gnocchi (I used Dellalo) 2 pounds leftover cooked brisket – shredded 4 ounces pine nuts 1 package brown gravy mix (I used McCormick)   Prepare the gnocchi as directed. Cut bell pepper in half or jest cut top off take out insides .... cook beef or meat u would like I used extra lean beef with my fav flavoring ... cook rice worm corn .... shred cheese any kid I uses peper jack. .. mix meat corn rice and a lil cheese ... then fill the pepper top with cheese and bake 350 for like 15 20 minutes. .... and done. For a great twist add gravy ......
