This healthy bread uses coconut flour and golden flaxseed meal to make a delicious snack. It doesn't contain any grains, added sugars or refined flours. Perhaps try substituting the kefir for plain yoghurt?
Quinoa Meatloaf - I used a grass fed meatloaf mix of beef and veal and added and sauteed carrot, celery and the onion. Also used basil, parsley, Old Bay, Bragg's seasoning and topped with organic ketchup before baking.
